In Today’s episode of the group dynamic podcast, I am taking to Rick Huntley about a topic that is very prominent in group dynamic settings and highly relevant for our everyday life in groups. Yet it is a challenging topic, at least for me: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Rick talks about the concept of power over vs. power with, hoping to shape the culture in organizations towards the second one. Where human beings – which we all are – define the rules of the game together.
Rick is the lead consultant for the NTLs global inclusion and diversity leadership program. A key focus area of Ricks work is supporting organizations to work skillfully across multiple dimensions of difference among employees throughout the organization.
